Coastal Movement offers a private, free-weight–focused training space available for exclusive use by individuals, professionals, and organisations. The facility is intentionally designed for functional movement, strength, and low-impact conditioning, rather than large commercial gym machinery.
This is not a public gym. Each booking provides exclusive access, allowing sessions to run without interruption, noise, or crowding.

Where required, qualified trainers or support staff can be supplied to assist with sessions. All trainers hold relevant qualifications, insurance, and appropriate clearances.
This allows clients and providers to access professional support within a private, controlled environment, without the complexity of managing facilities or staffing themselves.
